"We chose the Resteezi system in order to make our restaurant run more efficiently. We were fed up with scraps of paper, note books & diaries everywhere, products getting missed off customer’s bills, sheets of information being lost & everything taking three or four times longer than it should have. We were also employing a website company as well as a marketing & PR company to help promote us. Now with the Resteezi system we have complete control over our business & the time which we save each day on doing the day to day mundane but time consuming tasks we can now use to do our own direct marketing & website management saving us hundreds of pounds per month.
If I need to change a price on the menu, add a new member of staff to the database, make alterations to the website or send a confirmation email to a customer it’s so simple to do - its easier just to do it there and then, than find a pen and write it on my to do list! Resteezi is also great for offering our customers a truly personal service because everybody likes to feel special. The database tells us that we’ve seen them before, if they have any dietary requirements, their birthdays or wedding anniversaries, their favourite wine - even their pets names! Our customers think I have a great memory but I just have a great Resteezi system!!"
